The Gates-MacGinitie Reading Tests® (GMRT®) help teachers identify the reading needs of individuals and groups of students. The GMRT format is simple, clear, and familiar—allowing students to use their normal reading behaviors. Results of the tests provide accurate assessment based on current research in reading to help teachers:
